At Beautiful Disaster, we want you to feel empowered and confident in your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
